Original Mojito
50ml Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum 6-8 fresh mint 20ml lime juice 2x spoons castor sugar Soda water top Garnish - Mint sprig	Place sugar and fresh lime juice into a Collins glass. Stir well and add fresh mint. Muddle lightly. Add 1/2 ice scoop of crushed ice. Add Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum and stir mixing well. Fill glass with crushed ice and drizzle Soda water over ice. Add garnish
Americano
30ml Martini Rosso sweet vermouth 30ml Campari bitter 50ml Soda water Garnish - Orange zest and slice	Add Vermouth and bitter into tumbler glass over cubed ice. Stir well and add more iceAdd a splash of chilled soda water. Add garnish

60ml Woodford Reserve 1x brown sugar cube 4 x dashes of Aromatic bitters Garnish - orange zest Cherry (optional)	Take a tumbler glass and add brown sugar cubeAdd dashes of bitters over sugar cube and crush the sugar cube.
