  • 30ml Glenmorangie Scotch
  • 30ml Martini Rosso sweet vermouth
  • 10ml Benedictine liqueur
  • Garnish - Lemon twist
  • Chill Martini or Couple glass.
  • Add ingredients into mixing glass with cubed ice and stir well.
  • Empty ice from chilled glass and strain cocktail into glass.Add garnish.
El Presidente
  • 50ml Bacardi Ocho
  • 25ml Martini Rosso sweet vermouth
  • 2x drops of Angostura bitters
  • Garnish - Orange zest
  • Chill Martini or Couple glass.

  • Empty ice from chilled glass and strain cocktail into glass.

Gimlet (Modern)
  • 50ml Star of Bombay
  • 20ml fresh lime juice
  • 25ml Roses lime cordial

  • Add all ingredients into shaker.

  • Empty ice from chilled glass.

  • 35ml Hennessey VS20ml Cointreau/Triple Sec
  • 20ml fresh lemon juice

  • 2x spoons castor sugar
  • 25ml fresh lime juice
  • Garnish - Neat

  • Add sugar and lime juice into shaker and stir well.
  • Add Bacardi Carta Blanca rum and cubed ice into shaker, shake well.
  • Empty ice from chilled glass.
  • Strain cocktail from the shaker into glass and garnish
French Martini
  • 30ml Finlandia Cranberry vodka
  • 20ml Chambord liqueur
  • 70ml pineapple juice
  • Garnish - Pineapple flag or Raspberry
  • Chill Martini or Couple glass.
  • Add all ingredients into shaker.
  • Add cubed ice into shaker and shake well.
  • Empty ice from chilled glass.
  • Strain cocktail from the shaker into glass.

  • 70ml Belvedere Vodka
  • 5ml Noilly Prat dry vermouth (wash)
  • 5ml Noilly Prat dry vermouth

  • Add 5ml vermouth over ice in the glass and stir.
  • Add all ingredients into shaker and shake well.

  • 50ml Gentleman Jack
  • 10ml Martini Rosso sweet vermouth
  • 2 x dash Aromatic bitters
  • Garnish - Red cherry

  • Empty ice from chilled glass.

Le Fizz
  • 30ml Grey Goose Vodka
  • 20ml fresh Lime juice
  • 25ml St Germain Elderflower liqueur
  • Top-up with chilled soda water
  • Garnish - GG stirrer
  • Chill Champagne flute or wine glass.
  • Add all ingredients into shaker (except Soda water).
  • Add cubed ice into shaker and shake well.
  • Empty ice from chilled glass and strain cocktail into glass.
  • Top with chilled Soda water

Tommy's Margarita
  • 50ml El Jimador tequila
  • 25ml fresh Lime Juice
  • 15ml of Algave
  • Garnish - lemon twist or Lime wedge
  • Add all ingredients into shaker.
  • Add cubed ice into shaker and shake well.
  • Empty ice from chilled glass.
  • Strain cocktail from the shaker into glass over cubed ice.
  • Add garnish
Original Mojito
  • 50ml Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum
  • 6-8 fresh mint
  • 20ml lime juice
  • 2x spoons castor sugar
  • Soda water top
  • Garnish - Mint sprig
  • Place sugar and fresh lime juice into a Collins glass.
  • Stir well and add fresh mint. Muddle lightly.
  • Add 1/2 ice scoop of crushed ice.
  • Add Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum and stir mixing well.
  • Fill glass with crushed ice and drizzle Soda water over ice.
  • Add garnish
Americano
  • 30ml Martini Rosso sweet vermouth
  • 30ml Campari bitter
  • 50ml Soda water
  • Garnish - Orange zest and slice
  • Add Vermouth and bitter into tumbler glass over cubed ice.
  • Stir well and add more iceAdd a splash of chilled soda water.
  • Add garnish
Old Fashioned
  • 60ml Woodford Reserve
  • 1x brown sugar cube
  • 4 x dashes of Aromatic bitters
  • Garnish - orange zest
  • Cherry (optional)
  • Take a tumbler glass and add brown sugar cubeAdd dashes of bitters over sugar cube and crush the sugar cube.
  • Add 30ml Woodford and stir to dissolve the sugar cube
  • Add cubed ice, 30ml Woodford and stir well
  • Add more ice and stir
  • Add Garnish
Tom Collins
  • 40ml Bombay Sapphire Gin
  • 20ml fresh Lemon juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 100ml Soda water
  • Garnish - Lemon slice
  • Add all ingredients into a shaker except soda water
  • Add cubed ice into shaker and shake well.
  • Empty ice from chilled glass and strain into a Collins glass.
  • Top with soda water
