©DeclanByrne-9390‘Bartenders Choice' is a new competition introduced in the World Cocktail Championships in 2015 to allow bartenders the freedom to introduce their own creativity, designs and trends into cocktail making. Traditionally the competitions follow strict rules and guidelines for cocktail making in competition but the ‘Bartenders Choice’ has less restrictions.

Speaking on stage in Tokyo, Mr. Sanecki said he took inspiration from the head chef at the Cliff House Hotel who taught him that customers taste first with their eyes and then with their palette. His aim was not just to make a drink that tastes great but wanted to create an experience for the guest in the way this drink is served. I combined all my customers favourite flavours into one beautiful cocktail. This is a cocktail with class which is why its called “Elegance”.
